Build your team with the 3H model

Each project team needs three responsibilities: Hipster, Hacker, and Hustler. These are jobs to practice, not fixed personality types.

H1
Hustler

Who needs this, and will they pay?

Talks to customers, tests prices, makes offers, finds partners, and takes care of customers.

H2
Hipster

Will customers understand and enjoy this?

Helps the team understand customers, design the experience, tell the story, and create clear promotional content.

H3
Hacker

How can we build and deliver this quickly?

Creates the prototype, uses AI tools, improves how the team works, and finds a simple way to deliver the solution.

A Hacker does not need to be a programmer.

The Hacker is the maker. For a physical product, the Hacker finds a way to make it. For a service, the Hacker finds a fast way to deliver it. For a digital product, the Hacker may use an AI coding tool.
