Project-Based Learning #2: Show

Show your prototype to possible customers, listen carefully, and improve it.

Why this matters

Your team has guesses about the customer and the problem. Customer feedback helps you learn which guesses are correct.

What you will learn

  • Ask useful questions without forcing an answer.
  • Observe how people react to a prototype.
  • Find the most important feedback.
  • Decide what to improve, remove, or change.

What happens in class

  1. 1List the team's biggest guesses.
  2. 2Practice a short customer conversation.
  3. 3Review feedback from at least five people.
  4. 4Build a better version based on evidence.
What you must create
Customer feedback notes and a revised prototype.

Before the next meeting

Show the revised prototype again. Ask possible customers if they would pay, how much, and why.
